Wyoming Joins Lawsuits Defending Oil and Gas Lease Sales

Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon on Tuesday announced that the state would seek to join two lawsuits defending the legality of the sale of oil and gas leases spanning nearly 120,000 acres of federal land in Wyoming, the latest move in a complex legal and political saga hanging over one of the largest industries in the state.
